Who are we?

The PA Guide was founded by Oona who has over 20 years' experience in Administration, PA and Office Management roles in some of the top finance companies in Birmingham.

What do we do?

The PA Guide was created as I know from personal experience how often PAs, EAs and administrative staff are called upon to book lunches, dinners or venues for networking events, conferences and other corporate events.  I recently surveyed a proportion of our database of PAs from businesses across the city and 98% of them said that they regularly book venues on behalf of their company.  The PA Guide website aims to provide venue inspiration for these events and, as a result, make the lives of PAs easier.

Since the beginning of 2017 I have built a GDPR compliant database of over 530 PAs, EAs and Administrative staff from businesses across Birmingham.  The PA Guide has worked with venues such as Harvey Nichols, The Alchemist, Maribel, The Botanist and Revolucion de Cuba to put on venue showcases which also serve as networking opportunities for the PAs in attendance.

I also send regular email updates to our database on our latest events, new openings in the city, special offers and competitions.  These newsletters get excellent open and click-through rates.
